Our Studio Policies

Before signing, make sure to review Encore Music Hall/FAME Performing Arts (referred to as EMH/FAME PA hereafter), policies and Terms of Service. Full policies and procedures can be found on our website at www.fameperformingarts.org/studio-policies

By proceeding to checkout, you agree to these terms, conditions, and studio policies and understand them fully. This contract is good for one year from the date signed.

I understand that there are no refunds or stop payments for EMH/FAME PA programs and services. By registering, I agree to pay tuition in full with the payment information provided at registration or saved to my account profile. Even if I must unenroll for any reason during any point in the camp session, I am still financially committed to EMH/FAME PA until the balance is paid in full.

I authorize FAME Performing Arts to charge my payment method on file for any program(s) I register for through FAME Performing Arts, including registrations made in person, online, by phone, or via email.
No payment details will be collected or stored via unsecured channels.

EMH/FAME PA are in no way responsible or liable for any injuries/accidents that occur on site or during field trip outings.
I understand all EMH/FAME PA studio policies and procedures including but not limited to hours of operation, lesson make-up policy, attendance, canceling lessons/programs, and payments/billing including refunds.

PRIVATE LESSON ADD-ON FOR TROUPE STUDENTS: if you added on voice lessons with Jen or Kate when checking out for troupe, this section is for you! You purchased 14 lessons to schedule as you go, offered at a discounted price. Think of it like a punch card. Once our regular weekly lessons are scheduled, you will receive a link and a coupon code to schedule any or all of your lessons. We require a 24-hour cancellation to not lose your lesson. We understand last minute situations arise, we are unable to offer make-ups within the 24-hour cancellation period due to the discount pricing. If you prefer to have a regular weekly time and attend lessons for our entire semester (16 weeks), please reach out ASAP. The 14 lessons will expire at the end of the semester and have no cash value. Use it or lose it, as they say!

MEDICINE POLICY: EMH/FAME PA are not authorized to administer medicine (unless life altering medications such as Epi-Pens, anti-seizure medication, etc.) unless a current doctor’s note with the medication name, expiration date, dosage amount/time, and child’s name on the note and medication label. This includes over the counter medication such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and cough/cold medication.

ILLNESS POLICY: if your child is experiencing any kind of symptoms, please keep them home 24 hours until symptoms reside without the aid of medication. If they are experiencing symptoms at EMH/FAME PA, parent/guardian or emergency contact will be notified to please come pick up immediately.

ALLERGIES: if your child has allergies and needs medication (Epi-Pen or any other type of medication such as Benadryl), the same guidelines stated in our Medicine Policy must be followed. Allergies must be stated and the signs/symptoms (rash, difficulty breathing, etc.) with the allergy action plan (first give Benadryl at the sign of symptoms or immediately administer Epi-Pen, etc.) to follow the first sign of ingestion/contact or symptoms must be clearly stated in the doctor’s note.

I authorize FAME Performing Arts/Wando Voice Studio and/or Encore Music Hall to charge the payment method on file for all tuition, fees, and any applicable charges related to the programs in which my child is enrolled.

I understand and agree that:

• Charges will be processed according to the selected payment plan and/or billing schedule.
• It is my responsibility to ensure that my payment information on file is current and valid.
• If a payment is declined, I may be subject to late fees and/or service interruption until the balance is resolved.
• Any outstanding balances must be paid in full according to FAME Performing Arts policies.
• I acknowledge that this authorization will remain in effect for the duration of my child’s enrollment unless I provide written notice to update my payment method.

I understand that payments are non-refundable. In the unlikely event we have to close, you will receive a full refund for any fees paid. If unable to attend for any reason, camp balance minus $50 admin fee may be used for any camp or group class within 1 year of purchase date.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions laid out in these policies, and I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the Studio Policies as well. This is confirmed by my digital signature below.
