What Are Group Acting Classes?
Group acting classes at FAME are small-group sessions where kids build improv skills, character development, scene work, and performance confidence together. Unlike private lessons, group classes let kids learn from each other, build friendships, and rehearse in front of supportive peers before stepping onto a bigger stage.
Our acting classes are divided by age and, for our boys' acting classes, by grade band so instruction matches each group's developmental level.

Not Yet Enrolled?
Group acting classes are included with Troupe and After School tuition. Joining one of these programs gives your child access to all group classes: voice, instruments, acting, and more. These classes are also offered alone.

What ages are acting classes for?
Acting classes are for kids in grades K-8th. First Acting is for K-4th, Coed, Spotlight Bros (boys) is for K-4th, and The Acting League (boys) is for 5th-8th.
Does my child need acting experience?
No! Our classes welcome beginners. Kids learn improv, character work, and performance skills at their own pace in a supportive group environment.
How is this different from Troupe?
Group acting classes build foundational skills through weekly practice. Troupe is our full performance program that culminates in a live musical theater show. Many students do both!
How much do acting classes cost?
Group acting classes are included with Troupe and After School tuition at no extra cost. They are also offered alone!. Pricing starts at $475 per semester.
Can my child take multiple group classes?
