Allergies: if your child has allergies and needs medication (Epi-Pen or any other type of medication such as Benadryl), the same guidelines stated in our Medicine Policy must be followed. Allergies must be stated and the signs/symptoms (rash, difficulty breathing, etc.) with the allergy action plan (first give Benadryl at the sign of symptoms or immediately administer Epi-Pen, etc.) to follow the first sign of ingestion/contact or symptoms must be clearly stated in the doctor’s note.

Medicine Policy: EMH/FAME PS are not authorized to administer medicine (unless life altering medications such as Epi-Pens, anti-seizure medication, etc.) unless a current doctor’s note with the medication name, expiration date, dosage amount/time, and child’s name on the note and medication label. This includes over the counter medication such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and cough/cold medication.

Sick Policy: if your child is experiencing any kind of symptoms, please keep them home 24 hours until symptoms reside without the aide of medication. If they are experiencing symptoms at FAME, parent/guardian or emergency contact will be notified to please come pick up immediately.

I understand that payments are non-refundable. In the unlikely event we have to close, you will receive a full refund for any fees paid. If unable to attend for any reason, camp balance minus $50 admin fee may be used for any camp or group class within 1 year of purchase date.
