Holiday Break Camps are here!

If your child is in grades K-5, FAME Performing Arts has you covered! This year, our Holiday Break Day Camps will be offered when CCSD schools are closed unless severe weather in Mt. Pleasant does not allow.

This school year, get them off those iPads and have them participate in a program that will boost their confidence, encourage creativity and they may even make some new friends along the way. We welcome children of all experience levels. This is all about F-U-N!

🎶 Price: $85/day - $350/week

🎼 Dates: Nov 20-22 ($85/day), Dec 18-22 ($350), Dec 26-29 ($280)

🎵 Time: 9am-4pm

🌟 Location: 757 Long Point Road, Ste D

🎭 Ages: K-5th grade

🎹 What to Bring: A packed lunch, water bottle & snacks, small pillow and blanket (optional).

Payments are non-refundable. In the unlikely event we have to close, you will receive a full refund for any fees paid. If unable to attend for any reason, camp balance minus $50 admin fee may be used for any camp or group class within 1 year of purchase date.

Please describe any medical/behavior history that would be necessary for us to know so we may serve your student to the best of our ability. If none, please enter "NONE."

Please describe any known food allergies your student has. Pleae include the level of severity. If none, please enter "NONE."

Allergies: if your child has allergies and needs medication (Epi-Pen or any other type of medication such as Benadryl), the same guidelines stated in our Medicine Policy must be followed. Allergies must be stated and the signs/symptoms (rash, difficulty breathing, etc.) with the allergy action plan (first give Benadryl at the sign of symptoms or immediately administer Epi-Pen, etc.) to follow the first sign of ingestion/contact or symptoms must be clearly stated in the doctor’s note.

Medicine Policy: EMH/FAME PS are not authorized to administer medicine (unless life altering medications such as Epi-Pens, anti-seizure medication, etc.) unless a current doctor’s note with the medication name, expiration date, dosage amount/time, and child’s name on the note and medication label. This includes over the counter medication such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and cough/cold medication.

Sick Policy: if your child is experiencing any kind of symptoms, please keep them home 24 hours until symptoms reside without the aide of medication. If they are experiencing symptoms at FAME, parent/guardian or emergency contact will be notified to please come pick up immediately.
